At Shaw-Bel Sealcoating, Inc. we are committed to providing our customers with the longest wearing highest quality materials on today’s market. Our sealcoat material is mixed strictly to manufacturer’s specifications to insure consistent thickness when applied to your asphalt. Our pressurized spray system application provides complete coverage and an even wearing layer of protection. One properly applied spraycoat of sealant will provide a thicker layer of sealcoat material than two coats applied by mechanical squeegee buggies. Spray application also prevents uneven stop marks and swirls which as your sealcoat wears and ages can be unsightly blemishes on your property. we will gladly provide you with reference properties so you can see the difference for yourself. Our even wearing layer of protection will have a longer lifespan than two thin coats of squeegee application. Compare the quality as well as the price.

We exclusively use WA state DOT spec highway grade traffic paint for all our striping, curb painting and pavement markings. This paint has proven to maintain its appearance over time. Lifespan of both sealing and striping of course depends on the volume of vehicle traffic.
